The Wonder of Eyeries

Located on Ireland's Beara Peninsula, a 2 hour drive from Cork City, Eyeries is one of the jewels of Ireland. This small village perched right on one of Ireland's most stunning bays - Coulagh Bay - has some of the most marvellous views in the country.
Often used as a film location because of its beauty and quaintness, Eyeries offers a wide range of activities for visitors:
Enjoy the stunning views - of Coulagh Bay and the Atlantic beyond.
Walking - take some of the most enjoyable walks in Ireland on the Beara Walk. This well marked trail takes a path along the rocky coastline.
A Welcoming Feast - enjoy a meal and drink when in Eyeries. Two pubs pour wonderful pints, while a fine restaurant offers exceptional food.
The Eyeries Family Festival - and if you're in Eyeries anytime during 22 - 24 July 2011, do visit us for the Eyeries Family Festival. With a wide range of entertainment including the Maureen O'Hara Film Festival, live music, and much laughter, it's a memory that you'll not soon forget.
Slan!
